My Philosophy

No matter your age, your day likely revolves around moving from one task to the next. In our fast-paced world, it can feel harder than it should be to dream about what we want for ourselves and put thought into action.

Over the last decade, I have witnessed how transformative it is to have a space in which to tune into your needs without interruption.

Let’s face it, therapy is an investment of your time, energy, and money. That is why I strive for each session to feel both meaningful and productive as we focus on tools you can integrate into your everyday life.

I utilize evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, with a style that is casual, warm, and encouraging.
